How to Obtain Mac Marshal™
Because of a special arrangement with the U.S. National Institute of Justice, Mac Marshal is available free of charge to U.S. Law Enforcement personnel. If you qualify, please use the instructions below.
Mac Marshal is available for purchase by the private sector, and law enforcement agencies outside of the United States, from Cyber Security Technologies. Please see their Mac Marshal Product Description for information about purchasing the product.

Mac Marshal 1.0.5: Adds Safari 4 analysis and support for Mac OS X 10.6 as an analysis machine, along with other usability and performance improvements. For a complete list of changes, see the documentation included with the download. Registration codes and serial numbers for 1.0.0 will work fine in any 1.0.* version.
Registered Users can download the latest version (password required).
U.S. Law Enforcement
You will need a serial number to activate Mac Marshal after installation. Please fax a request (on your agency's letterhead) for a Mac Marshal serial number.
In the request, please include your
- Name
- US law enforcement email address
- Phone number (including area code)
- Address
- How many serial numbers you need (each installation of Mac Marshal requires a serial number)
We will send the serial number and software download instructions to your law enforcement email address. (Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Mail filter for our response.) If the machine on which Mac Marshal is installed can reach the Internet, you will be able to activate the product immediately by using the serial number; if not, a manual activation process is available as well.
